Our goal is to resolve your request as quickly as possible and to your satisfaction. In case UPSV is competent to deal with your complaint, we will provide you with a response to your complaint within 45 days.
For the case instead that the insurer is competent to do so, you will receive a confirmation that your complaint has been transmitted to the relevant insurer promptly after such a transmission has been taken place.
So that we can process your request quickly and comprehensively, we ask you to send us the following information with your complaint:
- Your name (name of your company)
- Insurance number
- Your request
Please be informed that you can also commence other ADR procedures under the existing law, and, in particular:
- Mediation proceedings under Law. 9/8/2013, No. 98: which can be started by filing an application at an ADR Center registered in the list of the Justice Ministry which can be found at www.giustizia.it, in the place of the Court which would have jurisdiction to decide the case.
- Assisted negotiation (Law. 10/11/2014, n.162): which can be started through a specific request sent by your lawyer to our company and, in such case, the parties enter into an agreement to amicably settle the dispute in good faith by a relevant deadline.
