Mark RobinsonPresident
Under Mark’s leadership, UPS Capital is transforming the way companies protect their shipments and deliver excellent customer experiences when claims arise. Mark is leading business transition from analogue insurance processes to digitally enabled customer experiences, positioning UPS Capital as an industry disrupter. This transformation enables better access to the right level of insurance at the right price for businesses of all sizes and provides claims data insights to reduce losses and enhance customer experiences.
Mark has served in numerous roles since starting at UPS Capital in 1999. As the head of Global Supply Chain Finance, Mark led the commercialisation of UPS Capital Cargo Finance, an innovative commercial lending programme for in-transit shipments. He also led the effort to expand UPS Capital Business Credit’s export lending programme to Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Columbia and Peru. As Global Head of Operations, Mark expanded the company’s US- based insurance business into international markets, including Hong Kong, the UK, Germany, France and Italy.
Mark was previously president of the Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from California State University, Sacramento, and a Master of Business Administration from National University in San Diego. He completed a Leadership Development Programme at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and Financial Leadership in Corporate Strategy at the Wharton School of Business.

Keith CoxVice President of Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Keith is responsible for sales, sales enablement and sales operations in the US and functionally leading sales across Asia, the Americas and Europe. Keith and his team work with clients to understand their supply chains and where gaps may exist that put businesses at unnecessary risk. Keith’s team builds partnerships with clients as they strategise and consult on the optimal solution for their respective risk appetite.
Keith has over 20 years’ experience in speciality insurance lines focusing on supply chain, from sourcing to payment, and 30 years of customer experience. He shepherded UPS Capital’s first steps into building partnerships with third parties, making insurance more accessible to their respective customers. He also helped bring UPS Capital into the marine/cargo insurance specialist lines sector aligning coverage to today’s global supply chains. Most recently, Keith has been leading our go-to-market transformation from an analogue finance and insurance structure to an omni-channel insurance model.
Keith is an outgoing board chair of the Risk Management Foundation at Georgia State University. He achieved his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Atlantic International University. He also completed an Executive Programme in Emerging Market Strategies from Georgia State University and an Executive Programme in Corporate Strategy from the University of Chicago.

Eduardo Lopez-SorianoVice President of Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing for UPS Capital, Eduardo Lopez-Soriano leads the development of insuretech solutions to address the needs of small and midsized businesses (SMBs) in the U.S. and international regions. Eduardo’s deep understanding of SMBs’ emerging supply chain needs and the evolving ecommerce ecosystems in which they operate enables his team to develop relevant and timely solutions to mitigate SMBs’ risk and improve their customer experience.
Previously, Eduardo spent several years at UPS in various roles including Vice President of New Product Development where he led an initiative to enhance UPS Weekend Services. As Vice President of U.S. Marketing for the West Region, Eduardo accelerated customer growth and retention across all UPS districts in the western half of the U.S. Throughout his career he has held various marketing roles supporting the transportation and financial services industries in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, and Asia Pacific, where he has led business process improvement projects for consumer banks and provided innovative products for SMBs.
Eduardo is an outgoing member of the Board of Trustees for the Irvine Public Schools Foundation in Irvine, California and participated on the California Governor’s Task Force on Business and Jobs Recovery. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Anahuac in Mexico and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University.

Cathy HiltonVice President of Legal and Compliance
As Vice President of Legal and Compliance, Cathy Hilton brings more than 20 years of experience supporting the legal and compliance needs of UPS Capital’s global risk mitigation and insurance intermediary business. Cathy’s deep understanding of UPS Capital’s role in the insurance space equips the legal and compliance department to create business-friendly and compliant solutions that help enhance a customer’s ability to access shipping insurance.
A champion for growth and innovation, Cathy has collaborated with the UPS Capital business team to develop new digital programmes and offerings that have significantly expanded UPS Capital’s customers and geographic reach. Her customer first legal and regulatory focus has infused UPS Capital’s solutions to address the needs of brokers, marketplaces and ecommerce providers and has allowed UPS Capital to offer more expansive shipping insurance coverage to a greater number of customers.
Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Textile Management from North Carolina State University, a Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law, and currently serves on the Emory Law School Dean’s Advisory Board.

Jeffery IannoneVice President of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Jeff leverages his cross-functional experience in sales, marketing, operations and technology to build processes and solutions that create a better customer experience across the insuretech customer lifecycle. His 360-degree view of the business and deep understanding of customer needs help create richer digital experiences for small and medium-sized businesses.
Most recently, Jeff led the development of UPS Capital’s online insurance portal where customers can submit and manage claims, view policy details and pay their invoices. He was also instrumental in creating digital solutions that give customers access to insurance, including the InsureShield app for Shopify merchants and a suite of APIs enabling rules-based insurance coverage and streamlined claims processing. Jeff also expanded the company’s Net Promoter Score programme, gathering valuable customer feedback to constantly improve processes and solutions.
Jeff is a UPS Capital Business Credit board member and serves as President of a High School Baseball board. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Albany and has completed several certifications at Emory University – Goizueta Business School.

Srikanth MallyaVice President of Digital Operations
Bringing more than two decades of financial services experience to UPS Capital, Srikanth Mallya leads our Information Technology, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Industrial Engineering and Project Management functions. His team is enabling the transformation of UPS Capital into a technology-enabled transactional cargo insurance platform that simplifies access to insurance solutions and provides insights on risk avoidance.
Most recently, Srikanth served as Managing Director of Strategy to define our transition into an insurance platform business serving the supply-chain risk-mitigation needs of small and medium-sized businesses. Previously, Srikanth led the transformation of UPS Capital Asia from Financing to Insurance, restructured UPS Capital’s UK operations to improve the risk quality of a trade finance portfolio of $100 million and managed global product development initiatives to design supply-chain financing across multiple jurisdictions.
Srikanth is a charter member of TiE Atlanta and an active Angel Investor with TiE Atlanta Angels. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Engineering, Electronics and Communication from the Manipal Institute of Technology in India.

Jorge NavarroVice President, Americas
As UPS Capital Vice President of the Americas, Jorge is leading the transition of our business in Canada and Mexico into an insurance platform business serving the supply chain risk mitigation needs for small and micro businesses. He brings a robust track record of business transformation and growth acceleration.
Jorge most recently launched our insurance operations in France, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom. Overseeing a team of 65 people from 18 different nationalities, he built the operational, technological and regulatory structure of the business in a diverse international environment. At the same time, Jorge led the charge to bring Parcel Pro® Select services to Europe, tripling the insured shipping business in fewer than three years.
Jorge joined UPS Capital in 2012 to launch risk mitigation products in Mexico, Canada and Brazil after representing the UPS Capital financial arm in Latin America for 15 years. Jorge earned his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the Universidad La Salle in Mexico and Master en Dirección de Empresas (MEDE) at Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa (IPADE).

Jonathan TerryVice President of Finance
With more than two decades of experience in the insurance, transportation and financial services industries, Jonathan is responsible for the global financial operations of UPS Capital. As Vice President of Finance, he leads the team responsible for financial prioritisation and investment, driving the company’s insuretech expansion and enabling access to insurance for customers around the globe.
Jonathan helped lead the early development and expansion of its insurance capabilities in the US and Canada and led a project to establish an insurance footprint in local European markets. His early support of UPS Capital’s digital transformation and insuretech investment has set UPS Capital on a path to support the ever-increasing risks that businesses face in commercial transportation, freeing businesses to focus on what they do best and less on worrying about financial losses.
Jonathan is a board member, executive committee member and treasurer of the Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia and is a licensed property and casualty agent. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Kennesaw State University.

Manuel Valdez
Vice President, Parcel Pro
As Vice President of Parcel Pro, Manny oversees the business unit – from customer support to IT to finance and accounting – helping to ensure that the customers’ high-value and luxury good shipments are protected from risk throughout the supply chain. With more than 20 years’ experience in moving luxury and high-value goods in the insured shipping business, Manny understands the specific needs for risk mitigation and transportation performance in this market and leads the development of the business- and technology-enabled processes to mitigate the risks of moving luxury goods globally.
Manny was instrumental in developing a streamlined process for jewellers to create and file the required export documents electronically through Parcel Pro’s website. He led the creation of a new iOS mobile phone application for insured shipping to help travelling sales staff in the jewellery industry. It was the first app of its kind in the industry. Manny also led the international expansion of Parcel Pro in Hong Kong and other APAC countries, bringing insured shipping from the US to the rest of the world.
Manny serves on the board of the Mater Dolorosa Retreat Centre in Sierra Madre, California. He is a Vincentian with the Society of St Vincent de Paul, a charitable organisation giving personal service to the poor. Manny holds insurance licences for property and casualty, health and life, and surplus lines and received his Bachelor of Science in Maths at Thomas Edison State University. Jo Dawn WhitlockVice President, Europe
Jo Dawn Whitlock is the Vice President of UPS Capital, Europe Region, bringing a global business perspective to managing risks for customers. Her customer-centric perspective has helped build and launch technology solutions in the Europe region that drive increased customer usability and satisfaction, ensuring positive user outcomes.
Previously, Jo Dawn was the Director of Europe Operations focused on implementing technology solutions that improve the customer experience. While stateside, Jo Dawn was the M&A acquisition lead integrator for Parcel Pro and the insured parcel services business of G4S International Logistics, helping ensure a seamless transition for clients and employees. As Global Field Marketing Director, she supported the Asia, Europe, Mexico and Canada marketing teams, leveraging data and customer insights to bring new and innovative solutions to drive greater customer value.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Communications from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Master’s in Business Management from National University. In addition, Jo Dawn has earned executive education programme certificates at Emory University Goizueta Business School and Stanford University Graduate School of Business, serves as chair for the Europe Region Women’s Leadership Development programme and is a member of Compassion International’s worldwide programme supporting families in impoverished circumstances.

Angie BrewerManaging Director of Human Resources
As Managing Director of Human Resources, Angie Brewer builds a work environment that enhances the employee experience, promotes team member engagement and cultivates an innovative culture. With experience in multiple industries including insurance, brokerage, supply chain, healthcare and logistics, Angie identifies solutions to issues from multiple perspectives.
Angie implements strategic human resource initiatives to support UPS Capital’s growth across all markets and is responsible for recruiting top talent required to support UPS Capital’s digital transformation. For nearly 10 years, Angie has worked with mergers and acquisitions, where she developed global compensation structures, created and/or redefined positions with appropriate industry market pricing and restructured businesses to accelerate growth while successfully retaining targeted human resources.
Angie serves on an advisory committee for Wellspring Living, a non-profit organisation based in Atlanta transforming lives of those at risk or victimised by sexual exploitation. She is a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certified by the Society for Human Resources Management. Angie earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a certificate of Executive Education in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Jatinder GillManaging Director of Security
As Managing Director of Security, Jatinder Gill creates global solutions to reduce risk and improve the customer experience throughout the supply chain. Jatinder manages all aspects of security and shares risk insights, as well as designing tailored security solutions and procedures for new and existing customers across global locations. The detailed packaging advice and risk-mitigation consultation services offered by his team give customers confidence and assurance in choosing UPS Capital insurance services.
Jatinder has held several global roles over the course of his career. Previously, Jatinder supported the growth of Parcel Pro in Europe and Asia by developing secure collection methods and bespoke customer solutions. He also played a critical role in designing security for the UPS London hub and other global sites. As Security Healthcare Manager, Jatinder oversaw supply-chain security, reducing pharmaceutical theft. He also worked with the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG) in 2010 to develop and implement the Vendor Certification Programme (VCP), to ensure secure product delivery to all Olympic and Paralympic venues.
Jatinder graduated from the Lampton Grammar Institute with certification in Business and Economics.
To advance skills in the workplace, he has achieved Advanced Aviation Cargo Security level 4, Advanced Investigative Training and Advanced investigative Trainer.

Archita PrasadManaging Director of Strategy
As Managing Director of Strategy at UPS Capital, Archita develops and deploys corporate strategy, drives growth initiatives and leads the ongoing journey towards digital transformation.
She comes to UPS Capital from a leadership role on the UPS Corporate Strategy team where she managed key business initiatives driven by customer and market needs. She has more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in business strategy and transformation, change management and organisational strategy planning. Prior to UPS, Archita worked at NCR and IBM in various leadership roles, driving transformational strategic initiatives focused on increasing customer value and enterprise growth.
Archita is a certified Lean Coach, Lean Master and a Design Thinking Practitioner. In addition, she is a certified strategist from Section 4 and earned executive education programme certificates from Emory University Goizueta Business School. She earned her Master of Business Administration from the Indian School of Business (ISB) in Hyderabad, India and her undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University.

William (Bill) RoyalManaging Director of Information Technology
As Managing Director of Information Technology, Bill is responsible for the design, development and implementation of UPS Capital’s industry-leading insurance management suite of applications that enables frictionless claims, policy and billing management. Bill is also responsible for increasing the accessibility of insurance coverage through digital apps found on major ecommerce platforms. Since taking on this role, Bill has led the creation of multiple customer-facing interactive websites for automated underwriting, policy quoting and binding, online invoicing and payments and claims notifications, helping improve the overall customer journey.
Bill has more than 30 years’ experience transforming global Insurance, Risk Management and Supply Chain applications into integrated, online digital platforms. Bill began his career developing Third-Party Administration claim’s applications, working on discretionary re-insurance programmes and creating online to mainframe integrations. Over the last two decades at UPS, Bill has held key roles in the efforts to reconstruct several major applications to become interactive, cloud-based solutions utilising leading-edge technology.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia majoring in Risk Management and Insurance and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia concentrating on Risk Management and Insurance, Corporate Finance and Managerial Economics.
