How do I pay my invoice?
You can pay your UPS Capital® invoice through the online portal or mail the payment to the address on your invoice.
We typically pay claims within a matter of days assuming all required documents have been provided to support your claim. If additional information is needed to review your claim further, the adjuster will notify you in writing. See additional Claims details.
How do I check the status of a claim?
Your claim status can be viewed by logging into the online portal and entering your tracking number/BOL or your claim number under the check status screen.
